A highly driven entrepreneur, Whitney Ward is the Founder & Principal of Intuitive Management Partners and the firms direct acquisition business, Ward & Company Real Estate.  Whitney founded IMP in 2019 with the goal of bringing a niche commercial real estate firm to market. Over the years, multifamily has grown as both a necessity to our economy and a preferred investment choice for long-term wealth generation. IMP brings comprehensive multifamily solutions to support institutional capital, private capital, and individual investors in their pursuit of acquiring, managing, and divesting of multifamily assets.

As Principal of Intuitive Management Partners, Ms. Ward leads and defines company growth initiatives & expansion opportunities. Ms. Ward's role includes overseeing acquisitions, capital markets and investment sales. 
Career Highlights:
After nearly a decade of corporate sales, management & marketing experience with Fortune 500 Companies: Enterprise Holdings and The Coca-Cola Company, Whitney shifted her career focus to Commercial Multifamily Real Estate. Since the start of her real estate career in 2016, Whitney has individually brokered over $18MM in real estate transactions and contracted services for due-diligence and asset management for over $160MM in real estate.  Throughout Whitney's real estate career, she has gained hands-on experience in financial underwriting & engineering, SEC laws & regulations, collaborated with capital markets specialists to identify the best capital stack strategy for investments, raised equity for 506b offerings and established Co-GP partnerships with institutional & private capital. 

Whitney is a graduate from George Mason University, where she earned a B.A. degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.  While at Mason, Whitney was a Division I scholarship athlete for the Mason Women's Basketball Program (2004-2009 seasons). Currently, Whitney remains very active with her alma mater, serving as a At-Large Director and a member of the Play Committee within the alumni board.
